UK Delivery

Free delivery promotions on £150.00 spend applies to UK Mainland only and does not include fragile products, which may require a pallet surcharge.

Our cut off times for same day dispatch are listed below; any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day:

13.00pm - Standard Courier

12.00pm - Pallet Delivery

Please note, your order may be shipped in different packages at no additional costs to you. To ensure your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we may use several carriers to ship our products. We will take into account the weight and final destination when selecting the best carrier to use.

If you have any special delivery instructions, please advise us when ordering because once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to change the instructions.

Due to the efficiency of the operations team, any changes to your order must be made within 30 minutes of confirmation otherwise your order will be processed and will not be able to be changed.

Courier Deliveries

Our selected courier is Parcelforce Tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.

Pallet Deliveries

Our selected pallet delivery carrier is Europa & Pallet Line and requires a signature upon delivery. 

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to advise us of all parking restrictions, including times, weight and height limits prior to delivery to their premises. We take no responsibility for delays in delivery if this has not been advised to us beforehand and any parking fines associated with the delivery instructions will be passed onto the Buyer.

Please be advised that we have a policy with pallet deliveries whereby the delivery driver is permitted to deliver to the street/pavement only - The drivers cannot leave their vehicles unattended. Please ensure you have staff on hand to move the stock if necessary - if this can only be done at a certain time please ensure you notify us of this in the comments box on your order.

Where our pallet couriers are unable to complete the delivery for whatever reason, we will try to leave a message stating that delivery has been attempted. If delivery has not been made after a first attempt by us, or you refuse to accept delivery, we will try to contact you and agree the appropriate next action.  You agree to pay us any costs we incur in forwarding, disposing of or returning the products and our charges (if any) for making a second or more delivery attempt and for the agreed appropriate next action. The costs will be settled before delivery is attempted again. If you miss your courier delivery slot, they will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Delivery & Times

The orders can be delivered any time from 08.00am - 17.30pm; unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of a definitive time and cannot accept responsibility if the courier does not deliver within the specified time frame. Whilst we will endeavour to book for your selected parcel delivery choice, if our courier cannot deliver for that date, we cannot be held responsible for this.

If you require Timed or Weekend deliveries, this will be at additional cost.

All our deliveries require a signature for proof of delivery (POD). The Buyer takes responsibility for checking all products before signing. The signature is proof all stock was received in good condition and the customer waives any right to make a claim for items damaged / missing. If stock is received damaged, the Buyer must note this to the courier prior to signing or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

In the rare event your order does not arrive, notification of lost items must be received within 14 working days from receipt of shipping confirmation email.

If the buyer cancels their order after it has been dispatched, the buyer will agree to pay us all costs associated with processing, dispatching and returning your order. Delivery costs are not refunded in this case – the customer will be liable for all such costs.

 

European Delivery

Please note costs do not include pallet charge, VAT, taxes or insurance. You may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches your country. We do not offer a customs clearance policy for you as these responsibilities and charges must be managed and paid by you.

Customs policies vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you have any questions relating to this area to ensure you comply with local laws and regulations of receiving country.

We recommend you insure your consignments for all risks or alternatively, ask us for a quotation. Requests for insurance will only be accepted at time of booking and only when received in writing.

Additional Delivery Information

·       'Working day' refers to any day between Monday to Friday and excludes weekend and Public/Bank Holidays.

·       Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take a few days longer to deliver

·       Where applicable, Tracking references will be sent via email to you when your order has ben dispatched.

·       Pallet Delivery is compulsory for fragile products to ensure safe delivery of goods to you. When placing larger orders, it may also be more cost effective and safer to receive a pallet delivery rather than separate boxes

Lost & Damaged Deliveries

If you have any lost or missing products from your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0203 519 7888 or email us on sales@bubblelicioustea.com within 14 days of dispatch or we will not be liable.

If good arrive in unsatisfactory condition or are faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 0203 519 7888 or email us on sales@bubblelicioustea.com and ensure you have photographic evidence. We will be willing to offer a refund if the goods are sent back to us, along with your name and order number, to the below address:

We do not offer a free returns service but would recommend Recorded Delivery to ensure safe arrival of returns. We are not held liable if we do not receive the goods you return back.

Returns

1.     Please note that due to the perishable nature of the stock, all food and beverage items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Any customised products are also non-refundable.

2.     If your goods are faulty, please ensure you have photographic evidence as proof and email sales@bubblelicioustea.com with your name, order number and photo detailing faults. Once received, we will include with your refund, the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us (this does not affect your statutory rights).

3.     If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item minus the admin fee, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item. The admin fee per return is £15.00+VAT.

4.     In the unfortunate event that a package or the contents of package is damaged or defective, the customer must report this within 5 business days for a replacement. After 5 business days, the customer waives the right to claim any damages or compensation.

5.     Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange or credit note providing products are unopened and are in saleable condition. Please wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, or refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge.

6.     Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing your request to sales@bubblelicioustea.com. Please title the email ‘Returns’. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. Refunds will be paid within 14 days.
